The draft lottery is set to go tomorrow night. The Raptors have just a 1.7% chance of winning the lottery, but in recent years, teams with a 7.5% chance and 2.8% chance have won and the Bulls moved up from ninth last year, where the Raptors currently are, so anything's possible.
